Rezo.AI is seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager to drive the successful execution of technical projects across voice, chat, and email bots. You will own delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and quality while fostering collaboration across teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical project management (B2B/SaaS), with strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, plus excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in B2B/SaaS.

Job description

Role Purpose:

Drive the successful execution of technical projects (Bots based on voice, chat, email etc) frominitiation to completion. You will own project delivery, ensuring timelines, and quality standards are met whilefostering collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Planning:Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Develop detailedproject plans with resource allocation and dependencies, ensuring clarity ofroles and responsibilities across teams.
• Project Delivery & Execution:Drive end-to-end execution of projects, track progress against milestones,manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely andsuccessful delivery.
• Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and externalstakeholders. Conduct regular status meetings, share timely updates, alignexpectations, and resolve conflicts during execution.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management:Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet definedstandards. Conduct regular quality reviews, address deviations promptly, andmanage risks throughout the project lifecycle with contingency plans.
• Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, andchange requests. Provide regular status reports highlighting milestones,progress, and deviations. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessonslearned and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:
