Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Project Manager to lead IT and software initiatives from initiation to delivery.

Define scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders across business, technical, and operations teams. You will develop and maintain project plans, coordinate activities, track milestones, and manage risks while providing regular status updates to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of project management, coordination, or delivery experience, preferably in ICT/software/SaaS.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or similar.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
