Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in the Philippines (Metro Manila, Mandaluyong) seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development and systems integration initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, QA, DevOps, and UX designers to drive Agile delivery and stakeholder reporting.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in IT project management with Scrum/Agile leadership are required; multi-site rollouts and UAT experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in project management is a plus.
• 5+ years of direct IT project management experience focused on software development and systems integration.
• 3+ years leading Scrum/Agile teams (e.g., Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager).
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional software projects across web, mobile, core transactional systems, or enterprise integrations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams within a PMO is a plus.
• Experience steering projects through deployments including UAT, migration, and multi-site rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery and coordinate PMO processes across programs.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and maintain velocity and quality metrics.
• Refine backlog with epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Developers, BAs, QA, DevOps, UX) and stakeholders.
• Oversee deployments (UAT, migrations, multi-site rollouts) from planning to go-live.

Education

Related Work Experience

• 5+ yearsof direct experience in IT project management, with a primary focus on managing software development and systems integration projects.

• 3+ yearsof hands-on experience leading Scrum/Agile teams (e.g., as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager).

• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional software projects across web, mobile, core transactional systems, or enterprise integrations.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams (Developers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX Designers) within a PMO structure is a plus.

• Demonstrated history of steering projects through complex deployment phases, including UAT, migration, and nationwide or multi-site rollouts.

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY

Software Development Life Cycle & Agile Methodologies-MUST HAVE

• Agile Frameworks:Deep practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies (e.g., Agile execution with Waterfall milestone reporting).

• SDLC Governance:Solid understanding of software development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, code repository management (Git), release management, and testing frameworks (UAT, automated testing, stress testing).

• Backlog Refinement:Experience translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and actionable task acceptance criteria.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Agile Delivery & Project Management

• Tooling Expertise:Proficient with Agile management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana) and project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet).

• Agile Ceremonies Facilitation:Ability to run effective Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Retrospectives.

• Metrics & Reporting:Proficient in tracking Agile performance metrics (Sprint Velocity, Burn-down/Burn-up charts, Lead/Cycle Time, Defect Density) to drive continuous team improvement and clear executive reporting.
