• At least 2 years of experience in technology or software project management.
• Experience with SaaS, web applications, mobile applications, or eCommerce solutions is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project environments.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience coordinating a small to mid-sized project team is preferred.
• Able to manage timelines, priorities, risks, and project dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and analytical abilities.
• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed timelines.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, documentation, and progress reports.
• Work with different teams to identify project requirements and dependencies.
• Monitor project milestones and immediately raise potential delays or concerns.
• Assist in identifying project risks and developing appropriate action plans.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure action items are properly documented and followed through.
• Communicate project updates to clients, management, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist teams throughout different phases of the SDLC.
• Support Agile activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help coordinate software implementation, deployment, and release activities.
• Manage priorities across multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Assist in resolving project-related concerns and maintaining effective team collaboration.
