Job summary

KMZD GROUP is seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist in Mandaluyong to oversee client projects from planning through delivery. You will ensure on-time, within-budget delivery aligned with scope and quality standards.

You will coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, monitor progress, manage risks, and support successful software and technology project delivery in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology project management, preferably with SaaS products.
• Strong experience handling complex technology/software projects using SDLC methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall.
• Experience coordinating 5–10 person project teams and multi-project environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, team structures, and project processes.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project scope, requirements, risks, issues, and changes.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate resources.
• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.

Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000 per month
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

The Project Management Specialist will oversee and coordinate client projects from planning through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, managing risks and issues, and supporting successful software and technology project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, team structures, and project processes.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong client relationships.

• Monitor project scope, requirements, risks, issues, and changes.

• Ensure project deliverables and contracted requirements are completed successfully.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Coordinate project resources and support resource deployment and planning.

• Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.

• Support backlog preparation and recurring sprint/project implementations.

• Assist with software release and release management activities.

• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote effective team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Technology Project Management, preferably with a focus on SaaS products.

• Strong experience handling complex technology/software projects using SDLC methodologies, including:

  • Agile

  • Scrum

  • Waterfall

• Experience managing or coordinating 5–10 person project teams.

• Experience with web, mobile, software development, SaaS, or eCommerce projects.

• Experience in project planning, resource deployment, and release management.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, risk management, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
