DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Planning and Coordination

• Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and work programs
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Ensure all activities align with project objectives and timelines
• Participate in pre-construction planning and site mobilization

2. Technical Oversight

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
• Ensure construction follows approved plans and standards
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction
• Provide engineering support to site teams

3. Site Management and Supervision

• Monitor day-to-day construction activities
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and manpower
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work quality
• Track project progress and report status updates

4. Project Coordination and Operations Support

• Coordinates with other project teams to ensure smooth execution of operation-related activities.
• Participates in meetings, inspections, and operational discussions related to the project.
• Supports cross-functional collaboration to address technical and operational concerns.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
