Job summary

KLT FRUITS, INC. invites a capable Civil/Structural Engineer to join our project teams in Cavite. You will conduct site surveys, review drawings, support design, and help manage budgets and timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in civil/structural engineering, 2–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D, strong safety knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate with contractors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering or related field.
• Professional licensing or certification as required by local regulatory bodies.
• 2–3 years' experience in civil or structural engineering project environments.
• Proficiency in engineering software and CAD applications (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project management principles and tools.

• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications and engineering documents in collaboration with senior engineers
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and document findings to maintain project records
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution
• Identify potential risks and safety hazards, implementing preventative measures to ensure workplace safety
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation for management review
• Support the design phase by assisting in calculations, modelling and analysis of structural and civil engineering elements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements

JOB QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Relevant professional licensing or certification as required by local regulatory bodies
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in civil or structural engineering project environments
• Strong proficiency in engineering software and CAD applications such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar programmed
• Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices
