Global-Estate Resorts, Inc., a Megaworld subsidiary, seeks an experienced Civil Engineer for land development and infrastructure design in the Philippines. You will lead site grading, road, drainage, and utility networks, producing permit-ready drawings and reports.
You will apply AutoCAD Civil 3D, SWMM, EPANET, and standard engineering practices to ensure project quality, regulatory compliance, and successful execution through planning, design, and site visits.
Performs the design for the following:
Road Geometric Alignment and Profile
Site Finished and Lot Grading
Drainage Network Design
Sewer Network Design
Water Network Design
Slope Protection Design
Earthworks Calculations
Uses design software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, EPA SWMM, EPANET, and Microsoft Office.
Prepares drawings for permitting, bidding, and construction.
Evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using sound judgment in making adaptations and modifications.
Prepares design calculations and specifications, conducts research and investigations, prepares reports, and performs other activities related to land development issues.
Coordinates with other disciplines on project issues concerning land development.
Attends planning and technical meetings concerning the project being undertaken.
Conducts regular site visits to verify that the design conforms to actual site conditions.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensure: PRC-licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, site development, infrastructure, or civil engineering design.
Experience with residential subdivisions, townships, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use development projects.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of site grading, earthworks, road design, drainage systems, water distribution systems, and sewer systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
Working knowledge of applicable engineering standards, local regulations, and permitting requirements.
