Duties and Responsibilities

A. Project Planning and Execution

• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules before implementation.
• Prepare work schedules, manpower loading, and equipment utilization plans.
• Monitor progress and ensure that project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other technical professionals regarding project requirements and changes.

B. Site Management

• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and workers to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Implement construction methods that meet design and safety standards.
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are properly used and maintained.
• Monitor work quality and workmanship; conduct daily site inspections.

C. Resource Management

• Coordinate with the purchasing/logistics department for timely delivery of materials.
• Ensure cost control by minimizing wastage and unauthorized material use.
• Monitor and report actual material consumption versus planned estimates.

D. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly accomplishment reports, progress photos, and updates to management.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, materials, and site activities.
• Assist in preparing billing, change orders, and project completion reports.

E. Coordination

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding schedules, deliverables, and concerns.
• Coordinate with the HR project Coordinator for worker deployment and other concern, attendance, and disciplinary issues.
• Attend project meetings and present progress updates.

F. Perform other task that may be assigned from time to time.
