Job summary

Golden Home Realty Development Inc. in Trece Martires City, Cavite, is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join our project team. You will monitor site progress, review plans, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree (PRC license preferred), 1–3 years in construction or site engineering, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) preferred.
• 1–3 years of construction or site engineering experience.
• Knowledgeable in site supervision, project coordination, and construction management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering tools.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
• Experience in punchlisting, turnover, and client coordination is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Trece Martires City, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project site progress and ensure compliance with plans, specs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage and update project schedules; coordinate site activities and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Supervise daily construction, operations, and maintenance activities.
• Review plans, drawings, and scope of work to ensure proper implementation.
• Prepare and verify estimates for materials, labor, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct punch listing to identify, resolve defects prior to project completion.
• Facilitate project turnover to clients, ensuring deliverables meet standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding updates and requirements.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work, performance, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation, organization, and filing of all project records.
• Enforce site safety practices and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the project team in achieving targets, timelines, and overall project objectives.
