Job summary

Le Bron Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to review onsite works, ensure compliance with plans, and coordinate daily activities at our Metro Manila site.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree and a professional license, has at least 1 year of experience, and is willing to relocate and start ASAP to support project profitability and QMS ISO 9001:2015 compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Licensed Civil Engineer with relevant regulatory credentials.
• Willing to relocate and able to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Review and inspect works onsite.
• Ensure onsite work aligns with plans and specifications.
• Ensure codes and safety practices are followed.
• Prepare and schedule daily onsite activities.
• Perform quality control on budgets, resources, manpower and schedule.
• Relay problems from site to office and management.
• Coordinate with Project Supervisor and Project Manager.
• Negotiate with subcontractors for various scopes.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS compliance.
• Report performance and opportunities for improvement to top management.

• Make sure that work executed onsite are as per plan and specifications
• Ensure that standard codes and safety practices are being adhered to
• Prepare and schedule daily activities onsite
• Perform quality control on budgets, resources, manpower and schedule
• Relay problems and concerns from the site to the office and upper management
• File requests for manpower requests
• Document and report progress and accomplishment to upper management and clients
• Coordinate with Project Supervisor and Project Manager in implementing efficient methodologies to maintain project profitability
• Discuss and negotiate with subcontractors in bidding for various scope of works
• Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
• Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes-
• Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
• Ensure the promotion of customer focus
• Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
• At least 1 year experience as a Project Engineer is required in this position
• License Civil Engineer
• Willing to be relocated
• Can start ASAP
