You will monitor deliverables, coordinate updates, manage resources and equipment, and address site-related concerns to support timely completion. Responsibilities include ensuring quality compliance, providing project progress updates, maintaining equipment, and assisting in budget planning.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of identifying and resolving site-related issues and concerns.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willign to work on-site as required.

Responsibilities

• Project Quality Compliance: Ensure projects are completed and accepted per quality standards, including punch list items.
• Project Monitoring and Updates: Provide timely updates through designated channels and templates; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Equipment and Tools Management: Monitor and maintain project equipment to minimize downtime via preventive maintenance and SOPs.
• Resource and Budget Management: Help monitor project costs, resources, and budget requirements; assist in planning to avoid unnecessary budget requests.
• Assist in resolving site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely project completion.
• Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by management.

As a Project Engineer, you will assist in overseeing the successful execution and completion of projects while ensuring compliance with quality standards, project timelines, and budget requirements. You will be responsible for monitoring project deliverables, coordinating project updates, managing resources and equipment, and addressing site-related concerns to support the efficient completion of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Project Monitoring and Updates: Provide timely and accurate project updates through designated communication channels, systems, and templates. Maintain effective communication and feedback coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Equipment and Tools Management: Monitor and help maintain project equipment and tools to minimize downtime through proper implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Resource and Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project costs, resource utilization, and budget requirements. Support proper project planning and preparation to minimize unnecessary additional budget requests.
• Assist in resolving site issues and concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Perform other project-related tasks as may be assigned by management.
