Job summary

Astreya China is seeking a Project Coordinator I to plan and coordinate internal projects, typically involving network, server or software deployment and upgrades. You will gather requirements, track progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.

The role requires flexibility with office and remote commitments and occasional adjusted hours to work with regional colleagues. An Associate's degree with 0–2 years’ related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with 0–2 years’ related experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain project requirement lists.
• Provides weekly project updates including action item updates.
• Schedules and coordinates project reviews and follows up on assigned actions.
• Communicates status to the project team.
• Assists with maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours and expenditures.
• Assists with identifying project issues and escalates to client manager when needed.
• Participates in stakeholder meetings and documents important actions.
• Collaborates with regional teams responsible for resources and ticket resolution.
• Monitors ticketing system and reassigns tickets as required.
• Produces regular reports and identifies trends for resolution.
• Assists with locating new process improvement opportunities and keeps knowledge up to date.
• Works with SDMs/Project Managers to identify metrics and deliver insights.
• Other duties as required.
