Ideal candidates include fresh graduates; you will use job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and ATS to build a qualified pipeline, conduct screen calls, and report on progress in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Experience using LinkedIn and job boards for sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in agency recruitment or project-based staffing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social networks, and direct outreach.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates.
• Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate needs.
• Perform market research and recruitment trend analysis.
• Provide regular reporting on progress and pipeline status.
