Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Project Based) at our Cebu City location to support recruitment operations on a project basis. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, building pipelines for current and future projects while leveraging ATS and various channels.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome, with overtime and some weekend shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are considered
• Willing to render overtime and occasional weekends
• Proficient with ATS and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Experience in agency recruitment or project-based staffing is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across multiple channels
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future projects
• Utilise ATS and recruitment databases to manage candidate information
• Collaborate with recruitment team and hiring managers
• Perform market research to identify talent pools and trends
• Support recruitment strategies for assigned projects
• Maintain records and report on pipeline status
