• Proven track record of sourcing and screening candidates
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networking sites (LinkedIn)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-based environment
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience in a recruitment agency or staffing environment preferred
• Knowledge of the Philippines job market and local talent pools preferred

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess fit for roles and project requirements
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future recruitment needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate specifications
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate responses
• Perform telephone and email screening interviews to pre-qualify candidates
• Track and report sourcing metrics and recruitment pipeline progress
• Provide a professional candidate experience with regular communication throughout the process
• Support recruitment campaigns and special projects as assigned by the recruitment management team
• On-site 3 to 4x per week work arrangement
