About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Project Based) to join our team at our TP MOA location in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position designed to support our recruitment operations on a project basis. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients and internal projects. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions and support business growth across multiple client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural alignment
• Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for current and future project requirements
• Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics
• Collaborate with recruitment team members and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and candidate needs
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify talent pools and recruitment trends
• Support the development of recruitment strategies and sourcing initiatives for assigned projects
• Maintain detailed records of sourcing activities and provide regular reporting on recruitment progress and pipeline status

• Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment tools, including LinkedIn and job boards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and hiring best practices
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in agency recruitment or project-based staffing is advantageous
