• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience in a recruitment agency or staffing environment preferred
• Knowledge of the Philippines job market and local talent pools preferred

• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate responses
• Perform telephone and email screening interviews to pre-qualify candidates
• Track and report sourcing metrics and recruitment pipeline progress
• Provide a professional candidate experience with regular communication throughout the process
• Support recruitment campaigns and special projects as assigned by the recruitment management team

About the role

We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Project Based) to join the recruitment team at Teleperformance in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position designed to support our dynamic recruitment operations on a project basis. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the staffing needs of our various business units. Your work will directly impact our ability to build high-performing teams and drive organisational growth.

What you'll be doing

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach

• Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their fit for specific roles and project requirements

• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future recruitment needs

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand role requirements, competency profiles, and candidate specifications

• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage candidate responses effectively

• Perform telephone and email screening interviews to pre-qualify candidates before formal interview stages

• Track and report on sourcing metrics and recruitment pipeline progress

• Provide a professional candidate experience by maintaining regular communication throughout the recruitment process
