Teleperformance is seeking a Sourcing Specialist (Project Based) to join our TP MOA location in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time role supports recruitment operations on a project basis, focusing on identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet staffing needs across client accounts.

You will use LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS tools to generate pipelines, conduct initial screenings, and report progress.

Qualifikationen

• Source candidates via multiple channels including LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen resumes and evaluate qualifications for roles.
• Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess fit.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for projects.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment databases to manage data and metrics.
• Collaborate with team and hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Perform market research to identify talent pools and trends.
• Develop sourcing strategies and initiatives for projects.
• Maintain detailed records and report pipeline status.
