Responsibilities

• Manage and build relationships with local ad networks and media partners, including AdSpark and AdAsia Holdings
• Execute and optimize programmatic campaigns on platforms such as InMobi and Appier
• Purchase and manage local Philippine APP and Web traffic (SSP inventory)
• Plan and implement dual-objective campaigns (Brand Awareness + Conversion: Registration / First Deposit)
• Optimize campaign performance (CTR, eCPM, CPA, ROI)
• Communicate with media partners and agencies regarding inventory, pricing, and traffic quality
• Deliver performance reports (Campaign Performance + Optimization Plan)
• Continuously test and explore new traffic sources (Apps, entertainment platforms, utility apps, etc.)

Hard Requirements

• Programmatic Advertising Expertise (Core)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in DSP / SSP / Programmatic advertising
• DSP (Demand‑Side Platform)
• SSP (Supply‑Side Platform)
