Role Description

Golden Alpha Venture Corporation is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to take ownership of the company's paid acquisition function, from identifying and evaluating advertising networks and traffic sources to campaign setup, optimization, performance tracking, and scaling.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will initially serve as the primary paid media expert responsible for establishing the team's campaign strategies, operating standards, optimization processes, and performance framework. You will be responsible for providing the necessary direction, training, and technical guidance to ensure campaigns are properly structured, monitored, optimized, and evaluated.

The role therefore requires someone who can both execute when necessary and teach others how to execute effectively, gradually building stronger paid media capabilities within the team.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital advertising, or media buying.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns from initial setup through optimization and scaling.
• Strong hands‑on experience with major paid media platforms, ad networks, or performance acquisition channels.
• Strong understanding of CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, Cost per FTD, ROI, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
• Experience with campaign tracking, pixels, UTMs, conversion events, dashboards, and attribution reporting.
• Ability to independently diagnose campaign performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ability to teach, guide, and develop other team members in Paid Media execution.
• Strong ability to communicate technical and performance concepts in a way that other team members can understand and execute.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, e‑commerce, gaming, trading, entertainment platforms, or other high‑conversion digital industries.
• Familiarity with the Philippine or Southeast Asian market.
• Experience operating in restricted, competitive, or compliance‑sensitive advertising environments.
• Experience with affiliate media buying, ad networks, KOL traffic, alternative traffic sources, or non‑traditional acquisition channels.
• Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, GA4, GTM, BI dashboards, CRM reports, or internal attribution systems.
• Understanding of Registration, KYC, First Deposit, Repeat Deposit, bonus mechanics, and user acquisition quality.
