Job description

I. Core Role Positioning

• Responsible for identifying and developing local APP, website, and offline advertising resources in the Philippine market.
• Lead advertising partnership negotiations, pricing discussions, resource integration, and long-term relationship management.

II. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and acquire local traffic resources in the Philippines, including:
• Popular local APPs
• Industry-related websites
• Media platforms
• Offline advertising channels
• Handle online and offline business negotiations, including:
• Advertising price negotiations
• Placement positioning confirmation
• Partnership duration discussions
• Design of CPA / CPM / Fixed placement models
• Cost-performance comparison across different channels

Additional Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a local advertising resource database
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize acquisition costs
• Provide regular performance reports, including:
• Cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Exposure volume
• ROI by partnership channel

III. Requirements

• Strong understanding of the Philippine local market
• Experience in advertising sales or business development
• Fluent in English (capable of conducting in-person negotiations)
• Local network resources preferred
• APP distribution/channel resources preferred
• Experience working with KOLs preferred
