Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or BS Food Tech.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in food manufacturing with knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000.
• ISO/QMS background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate production output and reports.
• Participate in improving sectional capacity and productivity.
• Conduct pre- and post-operational checks for the section daily.
• Monitor sanitation checklist to comply with GMPs.
• Adhere to QA policies and corporate standards.
• Update supervisor on quality, delivery, and productivity status.
• Supervise production personnel to ensure SOP compliance.
• Verify daily monitoring of production areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/BS Food Tech

• Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel and Word

• Very keen to details, flexible, and can work under pressure

• With experience in the Food Manufacturing industry and a deep understanding of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000

• With ISO and Quality Management System Background is advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely and accurate production output and reports

• Participate in the improvement of sectional capacity and productivity

• Conduct pre and post-operational checking of the whole section based on the Daily activities

• Monitor Sanitation Checklist as compliance with GMP’s

• Ensure to comply with Quality Assurance (internal and corporate) Policies and other

• Update immediate superior on the status, and opportunity encountered concerning quality, delivery, and productivity

• Supervise and monitor production personnel to ensure that they comply with production SOP's

• Verify daily monitoring of the areas
