Job description

We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our growing team to coordinate and supervise work implementation in the Production Department .

The ideal candidate will have the experience to work with a pioneering team of one of the biggest FMCG group. He/she will be responsible for the supervision of production activity run in accordance with the planning and standard set by the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure production activity run in accordance with the planning.

• Ensure the products are produced in accordance with quality standards which has been set by the company.

• Coordinate with production unit head in relation to all area of production department.

• Create Manpower Planning for production Department

• Evaluate the quality and quantity of daily production results and find the root cause of problem and report to Department Head.

• Ensure the efficient use of Raw Material and Packaging Material during production process.

• Create skill development plan for team.

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for production expenses

• Report to superior or food safety team when encountering things that have potential to threaten food safety.

• Conduct training, suggestion system, QCC and other company activities that will enhance personnel growth.

• Implement GMP, ISO, and others system in working area.

• Carry out others duty that related to the job from superior.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Technology or equivalent

• With at least 5 years' related experience in an FMCG company

• Familiar in food safety programs, GMP and HACCP system

• With experience in handling fill and seal packaging machine, and mixing machine

• Experience with powdered products would be an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Can effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)

• Willing to do shifting schedules
