A manufacturing services provider in Laguna is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day production and plant operations. This role involves ensuring production processes run efficiently and comply with quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of relevant experience, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a degree in Engineering or Management. The position is critical in driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing production lines effectively.

Job Description:

The Operations Manager oversees the day-to‑day production and plant operations. The role ensures that production processes run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. A key function of this position is to manage resources, streamline processes, and deliver output that meets client requirements while maintaining cost efficiency. The Operations Manager also drives continuous improvement initiatives and ensures alignment between production, quality, engineering, and supply chain functions.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in managing multiple clients’ production lines with different product specifications.
• Experience in client audits, regulatory audits, and certification audits.
• Strong background in FSSC 22000, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and food regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of food processing systems, production equipment, and plant utilities.
• Strong understanding of food safety systems, sanitation procedures, and regulatory compliances.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication (written, verbal, and listening) and motivational skills.
• Critical thinking, problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Organizational and delegation skills.
• Forward planning and strategic thinking skills.

• College Graduate, preferably in Engineering, Management and other related courses.
