Job summary

Techdynamics OPC is seeking a Product Training Supervisor to lead the product training team, drive training strategy, and ensure initiatives directly improve retail sell-out performance. You will coordinate cross-department training, manage trainer schedules, monitor promoter sell-out, and execute targeted coaching for underperforming staff.

The role requires 3–5 years in product training or sales operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, and a strong ability to analyze data

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product training, trade marketing, or sales operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing field trainers or promoters.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Product Trainers.
• Conduct skills assessments and deliver hands-on coaching to low-performing trainers and promoters.
• Manage workload distribution, field visits, and track trainer KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Managers to align training with launches and campaigns.
• Plan, design, and maintain the master training calendar across channels.
• Standardize training decks, cheat sheets, and assessment tools for all lineups.
• Track promoter sell-out figures and field sales data to identify gaps.
• Deploy targeted retraining programs to address gaps and improve conversions.
• Evaluate the impact of training interventions on sales numbers.
