Job summary

Techdynamics OPC is seeking a Product Training Manager to lead the product training team, align training strategy with launches, and drive measurable sell-out impact across retail.

You will coordinate cross‑department training, schedule trainers, monitor KPIs, and deploy targeted coaching for underperformers. The role requires 3–5 years in product training or trade marketing with prior supervisory experience in field teams, ideally in consumer tech retail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product training, trade marketing, or sales operations.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing field trainers or promoters.
• Industry experience with drones/consumer tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Product Trainers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Managers to align training with launches.
• Plan, design, and maintain the master training calendar across channels.
• Track promoter sell-out figures and deploy retraining to address gaps.
