Qualifications

• Minimum tenure of 6 months in the company.
• No disciplinary action in last 6 months.
• Not enrolled in PSP (Performance Support Program).
• Recent performance review rating of at least "Consistently Meets Expectations".
• Applicants must not exceed 10% lost hours over last 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain comprehensive product training modules, user guides, SOPs, and interactive learning materials.
• Own curriculum evolution and iterate using AI to enhance learning speed, content relevance, and delivery formats.
• Conduct AI-centered virtual and classroom training for new hires and internal teams.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical features into accessible, high-impact training content.
• Assess skill gaps through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics to refine training effectiveness.
