Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader (Technical Trainer) to design, deliver, and maintain training programs for engineering and support staff. You will create curricula aligned with product methodologies, deliver hands-on sessions, and build knowledge resources to accelerate onboarding and skill development.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work onsite in Quezon City with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in a technology-related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of training or teaching experience.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set learning objectives and align curricula with product methodologies.
• Lead end-user and internal training programs for engineers and support staff.
• Deliver technical training on IT desktop support, networks, and AI features.
• Develop and maintain training materials, knowledge base articles, and documentation.
• Monitor trainee progress and report outcomes to managers.
• Ensure compliance with training standards and schedules.
