Job summary

TOA Global Pty is seeking a Procurement Coordinator in Cebu, Philippines, to manage high-volume procurement requests, creating requisitions and purchase orders in the ERP system while ensuring data accuracy across reporting. The role emphasizes attention to detail and timely updates across global divisions.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a daytime schedule, collaborating with cross-functional teams and continuously improving procure-to-pay workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, administrative, or transaction processing roles.
• Exposure to high-volume or ticket-based processing environments.
• Secondary education completed; business/finance/supply chain qualifications are advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for structured data handling.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, with clear written communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Service Delivery: handle centralized requests and enter details into the ERP within service levels.
• Requisition & Purchase Order Management: create and maintain POs using cost centers and budgets.
• Data Processing & Bulk Uploads: perform bulk uploads and verify files for master data accuracy.
• Queue Management & Status Tracking: manage daily tickets, provide updates, and escalate complex queries.
