Surbana Jurong Group in Manila is seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Specialist to manage PO creation and related processes. You will ensure accurate PR/PO data, maintain records in ERP, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues while upholding policy controls.

The role requires 1–2 years in finance SSC/BPO, ERP experience (SAP MM/FI, Epicor, Concur) if possible, and strong MS Office skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in vendor maintenance, vendor invoice processing, or PO processing.
• ERP experience (SAP MM/FI, Epicor, Concur) is advantageous.
• Finance Shared Services or BPO experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity.
• Able to collaborate with team members and management.

Responsabilidades

• Create, review, and issue POs from approved requisitions.
• Ensure PR/PO details including vendor info, pricing are accurate.
• Amend, cancel, or close POs via ticketing or shared mailbox.
• Daily extraction and monitoring of approved PRs from the ERP to ensure timely PO creation.
• Ensure PR/POs comply with policies, delegation of authority, and internal controls.
• Verify supporting documents before PO creation.
• Maintain complete and accurate PO records.
• Monitor and follow up on rejected POs or pending PRs/queries to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal requestors to clarify PR/PO requirements.
• Provide guidance to buyers and end users on PO standards and approval requirements.
• Maintain PO data in the ERP system S4Hana.
• Identify opportunities to improve PO creation efficiency and best practices.
