Job summary

TDCX Philippines is seeking a Procurement Lead to manage end-to-end sourcing for IT, marketing, travel and events. You will coordinate requirement planning with end users, review PR/RFQ processes and supervise procurement specialists.

Strong negotiation and communication skills, PEZA familiarity, and 2+ years in college with 3–5 years procurement experience are required. The role supports flexible work arrangements and participates in a global, award-winning company.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college; associate or diploma courses are accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years local procurement experience is required.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement strategies and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sources possible vendors per assigned commodity: IT, Marketing, Travel, Engagement and events.
• Handles company insurance requirements (Property, CGLI, etc).
• Coordinates with end users for requirement planning.
• Reviews approved PR and RFQ/RFI processes.
• Prepares and reviews vendor documents for accreditation.
• Manages and supervises procurement specialists.
