Job summary

Progility is seeking a proactive Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing and end-to-end logistics. The role covers supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, PO processing, and monitoring from supplier confirmation to dispatch, freight, warehouse handling and client delivery.

Strong English, process discipline and proactive issue management are essential. This position offers remote work with coverage for both Perth and Manila time zones, and requires practical

Qualifications

• Experience with RFQs, quotation comparisons and supplier follow-up.
• Proven ability to manage purchase orders, freight and delivery documentation.
• Strong English communication and disciplined record-keeping across systems.
• Experience supporting global or Australian accounts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, freight options and import/export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review procurement requests for completeness and specifications.
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations per due-diligence rules.
• Track and follow up on orders, milestones and documentation.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight and customs processes.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and cover procurement/logistics during peak times.
