Job summary

AS White Global Pty seeks an experienced procurement specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing of engineering spare parts for operations in Manila. You will coordinate supplier quotes, place orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records.

You will also process invoices, support reporting, and help with capital expenditure and labor procurement. This onsite-first role aligns with Australian hours and offers growth within a dynamic APAC network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in an operational environment.
• Experience using SAP for purchasing, requisitions, and goods receipt.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Manage the end-to-end procurement of engineering spare parts, from maintenance requisitions and supplier enquiries through to order placement and delivery coordination.
• Raise, track, and maintain purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to manage quotations, order fulfilment, delivery schedules, and issue resolution to support operational requirements.
• Provide invoice processing, system administration, reporting, and general procurement support to ensure accurate records and efficient workflows.
• Support capital expenditure and labour procurement activities as required, adapting priorities and responsibilities to meet changing operational needs.

Key Criteria

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related operational environment.
• Proven experience using SAP for purchasing activities, including requisition processing, purchase order management, goods receipt tracking, and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to perform data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, and data manipulation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance teams, suppliers, and internal business partners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate procurement administration and timely delivery of operational requirements.

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid setup thereafter.
