Job summary

SANY Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Regional Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement operations in the Philippines. You will coordinate with China headquarters and local teams to ensure efficient purchasing, supplier development, and cost optimization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of procurement or supplier management experience, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities in the Philippines, including demand coordination, supplier sourcing, quotation negotiation, order follow-up, and delivery monitoring
• Optimize local procurement processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
• Develop and maintain a reliable local supplier network in the Philippines
• Establish supplier qualification, assessment, performance evaluation, and rating systems
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, pricing, delivery, and service
• Identify opportunities to improve supplier structure and minimize procurement risks
• Monitor procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction through negotiation and resource integration
• Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable purchasing terms with suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, Philippine trade regulations, and applicable legal requirements

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or supplier management
• Experience in local sourcing, quotation negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Knowledge of Philippine procurement practices, trade policies, and compliance requirements
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement-related systems
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Chinese headquarters and local Philippine teams
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
