Job summary

Prime Global Corporation is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Bulacan. You will manage end-to-end procurement, prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services to support production plans.

Responsibilities include evaluating supplier performance, negotiating terms, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, SCM, or related field is an advantage.
• Strong procurement knowledge with PO processing experience.
• Analytical skills for cost assessment and sourcing decisions.
• Excellent organizational and documentation accuracy.
• Effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Office and procurement or ERP systems preferred.

About the role

The Procurement Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Bulacan. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Specialist will evaluate supplier performance, support contract negotiations, monitor inventory levels, and help maintain accurate procurement records. Daily tasks also include analyzing pricing and market trends, collaborating with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of raw material and packaging materials through effective supply management and close coordination with Marketing, Production, and Suppliers
• Ensure supplier stock availability at any given time
• Prepare raw material purchase plan on monthly basis according to production planning and sales forecast
• Provide the organization with a sufficient pool of highly qualified suppliers through strategic sourcing and continuous search for better sources
• Optimize procurement processes and develop procurement strategy to ensure substantial supply of raw material products with expected quality and lower cost
• Evaluate supplier quotations and proposals for raw materials and packaging materials
• Negotiate for optimum price and terms of payment to contribute to the company's profitability
• Maintain good business relationships with suppliers and promote partnership through open and constant communication
• Oversee the procurement process to ensure that customer and supplier expectations are understood and the correct material or service is delivered to the right place, at the right time, for the right price
• Manage contracts with suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and recommend system improvements

About you

• Strong procurement knowledge, including experience with procurement processes and purchase orders
• Ability to perform supplier evaluation and support contract negotiation to secure favorable terms and reliable supply
• Developed analytical skills for assessing costs, comparing quotations, and making data-driven purchasing decisions
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with MS Office and procurement or ERP systems is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles is highly beneficial
