Job summary

Xiaomi Philippines is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect procurement across Marketing, Retail and Administration. You will optimize procurement procedures and policies to support fast-paced operations.

The role requires rigorous supplier management, category strategy development, and strong English communication. Occasional travel to other cities may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with good English ( Listening/ Speaking/ Reading/ Writing ).
• 5+ years procurement experience; overseas procurement preferred; Philippines market familiarity.
• Strong procurement mindset, organized, clear thinking, risk awareness, accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage indirect procurement for Xiaomi Philippines across Marketing, Retail and Administration.
• Build a qualified supplier pool and ensure demands are executed on time and on target.
• Develop category strategies and improve frame contract coverage; ensure compliance.
• Lead frame contract bidding and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
• Act as an international business partner with stakeholders and enhance demand management.

Job description

2.Taking care of Indirect Procurement of Xiaomi Philippines, includes but not limited to Marketing, Retail and Administration Category, continuously optimizing procurement procedure and policy.

3.Setting up qualified supplier pool for each category, making sure all demands are able to be executed on time & on target, continuously optimizing efficiency, cost and quality, ensuring the success of the business.

4.Making procurement strategy of each category for Philippines Market, continuously raise the percentage of frame contract coverage, running the overall procedure From Demand To Pay, avoiding the compliance risk.

5.Taking care of frame contract bidding, promoting the practice of Frame Contract + PO, setting up long term relationship with excellence supplier, enhancing the procurement efficiency and service level;

6.Take responsibility as an international business partner, deep-diving into stakeholder’s business and making good demand management, resource plan, continuously raising stakeholder’s satisfaction rate toward procurement.

Job requirement

• 1.Bachelor Degree or above, good English Ability in terms of Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing, able to use English in daily work; Speaking Tagalog, and especially speaking Chinese as a plus;
• 2.5 years and above Procurement experience; Overseas procurement experience is preferred; Needs to be familiar with Philippines Market;
• 3.Good Procurement mindset and thinking; Organized working style; Clear thinking; Strong sense of risk control; Strong sense of goal and responsibility；
• 4.Be proactive, adaptable, honest, have good communication and connection skills, and have strong understanding and execution capabilities; Able to adapt oneself to the fast pace of the Internet company, open-minded, and strong learning ability;
• 5.The job location is in Manila of Philippines, but occasional needs to travel to other cities depending on work needs.
