• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement.
• Key skills include commercial negotiation, spend analytics, contract drafting, and stakeholder management.
• Location: Mariveles, Bataan Site or Ortigas, Pasig City Site.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy: Conduct market, commodity, and spend analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop data-driven sourcing plans.
• Contracting & Negotiation: Draft commercial contracts with legal and technical teams, build structured negotiation plans, and lead price/terms negotiations.
• Risk & Vendor Management: Perform supply chain risk assessments, evaluate supplier capabilities, conduct financial bid evaluations, and manage supplier performance.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Conduct contract roll-outs and collaborate with internal teams and Procurement Operations for seamless contract implementation.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to ISO management standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001) and internal health, safety, and security policies.

Executes end-to-end strategic sourcing, spend analysis, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations to optimize costs, mitigate supply chain risks, and ensure business continuity across operations.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Conduct contract roll-outs and collaborate with internal teams and Procurement Operations for seamless contract implementation.
