We are seeking an analytical and results-oriented Sourcing Specialist to execute strategic sourcing processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
In this role, you will partner with key business stakeholders to analyze spend data, evaluate market conditions, and build reliable supplier networks that ensure continuous supply and maximize cost efficiency.
Opportunity Identification & Sourcing: Perform spend, commodity, and market analytics to identify cost-reduction opportunities and build data-driven sourcing strategies.
Supply Risk & Market Assessment: Conduct supply chain risk evaluations to safeguard supply continuity and evaluate potential suppliers based on capacity, financial health, and capability.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation Heavy: Collaborate with legal, technical, and commercial teams to draft robust contract templates. Formulate negotiation envelopes (BATNA, target outcomes) and lead commercial discussions.
Award Evaluation & Stakeholder Alignment: Perform financial evaluations of vendor proposals, endorse award recommendations, and lead contract roll-outs to ensure operational alignment.
Vendor & P2P Collaboration: Foster relationships with suppliers, resolve contract execution issues, and partner with Procurement Operations to transition contracts into active execution.
Compliance: Maintain alignment with corporate governance, data privacy policies, and integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Behavioral Science, or Engineering (Engineering degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or category management.
Key Competencies: Strong analytical capability, commercial negotiation, financial modeling, contract drafting, and multi-stakeholder management.
