Procurement Specialist – Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Procurement Specialist to join a premier global

financial services enterprise. In this role, you will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, vendor

selection, and contract negotiations across indirect spend categories.

This position offers the opportunity to partner with international stakeholders, manage key supplier

relationships, and drive cost-efficiency initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Sourcing Execution: Lead and support competitive bidding processes, including market research, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), and
• Request for Quotation (RFQ) events.
• Contract Management & Negotiation: Conduct commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms, ensure cost savings, and align with risk and corporate compliance standards.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong working relationships with third-party suppliers throughout the entire procurement lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate directly with regional and global business leaders, legal teams, and risk officers to streamline procurement needs and resolve queries.
• Spend Analytics: Analyze spend data, market trends, and performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor management (preferably within Shared Services, Global Capability Centers, or the Financial/Banking industry).
• Core Competencies: Proven experience leading RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and negotiating complex supplier agreements.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with e-Sourcing platforms, enterprise databases, and advanced MS Excel/Office applications.
