Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, SCM, Behavioral Science, or related field (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, spend analytics, contract drafting, supplier risk management, and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute spend-leveraging sourcing strategies by analyzing market trends and total cost of ownership.
• Perform end-to-end supplier risk analysis to ensure business continuity.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts with legal, finance, and technical stakeholders.
• Lead vendor awards, contract roll-outs, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Ensure sourcing activities comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001.

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Sourcing Specialist to execute strategic sourcing, category management, and complex contract negotiations.

In this role, you will analyze market data, evaluate spend patterns, manage vendor risks, and partner with internal technical and commercial teams to drive significant cost savings and continuous operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Market Analytics: Develop and execute spend-leveraging sourcing strategies by analyzing supply market trends, commodity data, and total cost of ownership.

• Risk & Continuous Improvement: Conduct end-to-end supply chain risk analysis to ensure business continuity and mitigate potential vendor supply disruptions.

• Contract Management & Commercial Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts (defining BATNA, desired outcomes, and least acceptable conditions) in coordination with legal, finance, and technical stakeholders.

• Supplier & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead vendor awards, conduct contract roll-outs, support performance evaluations, and collaborate with Procurement Operations for smooth procurement execution.

• Compliance & ISO Standards: Ensure all sourcing activities conform to integrated management system standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001).
