About the Role

Join our Supply Chain Management team as a Strategic Sourcing Senior Specialist and take ownership of high-impact procurement initiatives. In this role, you will analyze market data, craft sourcing strategies, and negotiate complex agreements that deliver bottom-line savings and ensure supply security across all operating facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional leadership, internal technical groups, and external partners to elevate our supply chain capabilities.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Sourcing & Analytics: Evaluate spend patterns, market intelligence, and commodity trends to build proactive sourcing plans. Perform supply chain risk assessments to safeguard business continuity.

• Contract Management & Negotiations: Design, draft, and negotiate key commercial agreements in alignment with legal, financial, and technical requirements. Formulate structured negotiation strategies (BATNA, targets, walk-away positions) and complete financial evaluations to select optimal vendors.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive smooth contract roll-outs and conduct continuous supplier performance evaluations. Collaborate directly with Procurement Operations to bridge strategic sourcing with daily execution.

• Quality & ISO Compliance: Maintain rigorous alignment with integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 27001), ensuring strict compliance with safety, environment, and data security policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline (Engineering degree preferred).

• Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement.

• Key Skills: Commercial negotiation, financial analysis, contract drafting, supplier relationship management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
