Asticom Technology Inc in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Procurement Operations Supervisor to lead our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) program. You will oversee high-value transactions, optimize processes, and work with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery in full.

Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Operations Supervisor to manage, optimize, and execute our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) strategies. In this role, you will lead operational excellence initiatives, oversee high-value and high-volume transactions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, cost-effective service and on-time delivery in full (OTIF).
Key Responsibilities
P2P Operational Excellence: Lead, optimize, and manage day-to-day Procure-to-Pay activities to support operational requirements and align with broader supply chain strategies.
Transaction & Sourcing Oversight: Directly manage high-value and high-volume transactions, evaluate purchase requisitions, approve/endorse Purchase Orders (POs) within spend thresholds, and collaborate with strategic sourcing specialists to secure long-term contract opportunities.
Vendor & Contract Management: Lead end-to-end engagement with technical, legal, and commercial teams. Oversee vendor selection and performance to ensure quality, capacity, continuous improvement, and the lowest landed cost.
Stakeholder & Operational Alignment: Guide collaboration meetings with business units and facilities to align targets, review specifications/statements of work, establish advance sourcing plans, and resolve contractual disputes (e.g., rejections, short shipments, warranty claims).
Team Leadership & Development: Coach, train, and develop direct reports. Establish performance metrics, conduct reviews, identify training needs, and manage succession planning for key talent.
Process Improvement & Administration: Initiate continuous improvement projects (process documentation, simplification, vendor development), produce management reports, and manage group budgets.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company Quality, EHS, Asset Management, Information Security, and Business Continuity systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 55001, 50001, 22301).
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any business-related or Behavioral Science course; an engineering or technical background is preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with proven leadership/supervisory experience.
Core Competencies: Above-average to expert-level capabilities in Decision-Making, Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving, Communication, Project Management, and Supply Risk Management.
Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, detail orientation, and practical knowledge of vendor/logistics management and P2P processes.
