We are hiring a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to support strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cost optimization while ensuring alignment with business requirements and supply chain strategies.
You will be responsible for identifying sourcing opportunities, analyzing market and supplier data, developing sourcing strategies, leading negotiations, evaluating suppliers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and sustainable procurement solutions.
Sourcing & Strategy: Identify and analyze sourcing opportunities by collaborating with business proponents and stakeholders to ensure alignment with management strategies and business requirements.
Spend & Market Analysis: Collaborate with analytics teams to utilize spend, commodity, and market data to identify opportunities for value generation and cost optimization.
Supply Chain Risk Management: Conduct supply chain risk assessments and develop appropriate sourcing strategies to help ensure continuity and security of supply.
Contracting: Collaborate with technical, legal, commercial, finance, insurance, and other relevant teams during contract development and execution.
Contract Development: Create, recommend, and draft contract templates based on business specifications, requirements, and identified risks.
Negotiation: Develop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations to achieve favorable commercial terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
Negotiation Planning: Prepare negotiation plans and envelopes covering the Desired Outcome, Least Acceptable Outcome, and BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement).
Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and coordinate the resolution of delivery, payment, performance, and other supplier-related concerns.
Vendor Performance: Support supplier performance reviews and monitoring to ensure suppliers meet agreed requirements and service levels.
Cost Reduction: Communicate sourcing progress and initiatives to the SCM Sector and support the adoption of cost reduction and value-generation strategies.
Procurement Operations: Work closely with Procurement Operations to ensure effective execution of sourcing strategies and successful implementation of procurement activities.
Contract Renewal & Re-sourcing: Manage agreement renewals and re-sourcing activities to ensure continuity of supply and competitive commercial terms.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 standards and company policies.
HSE & Information Security: Report relevant HSE and information security incidents and ensure the proper handling and protection of company information assets in accordance with ISMS policies.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Behavioral Science, or a related field. Engineering graduates are preferred.
Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, or a related field.
Strategic Sourcing: Hands-on experience in supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, RFQ/RFP processes, sourcing strategy development, and procurement analysis.
Negotiation Skills: Strong experience in supplier and commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, contract terms, and other commercial conditions.
Contract Management: Knowledge and experience in contract development, review, negotiation, renewal, and supplier agreements.
Compliance: Knowledge of procurement standards, risk management, HSE requirements, and information security policies is an advantage.
Work Setup: Willing to work onsite and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
