The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in strategic sourcing, with strong negotiation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Behavioral Science, or Engineering (Engineering background preferred).
• 2–3 years of dedicated experience in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Strategic Procurement.
• Advanced commercial negotiation skills, financial literacy, spend modeling, contract drafting, supplier relationship management, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to drive category sourcing initiatives, spend optimization, and supplier development.

Acting as a trusted commercial advisor, you will lead end-to-end sourcing events, manage complex supplier relationships, and craft risk-mitigated contracts that deliver continuous cost savings and operational value.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend Analytics & Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, supply risks, and spend data across operating facilities to build proactive category management plans.

• Commercial Contracting & Negotiation Heavy: Formulate negotiation strategies (establishing target outcomes, BATNA, and walk-away points), draft commercial contracts with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, HSE), and lead price/terms negotiations.

• Supplier Performance & Risk Management: Evaluate supplier capability and financial health, perform supply chain risk analysis, lead award recommendations, and execute contract roll-outs.

• Stakeholder & P2P Collaboration: Work closely with business units to capture sourcing requirements and partner with Procurement Operations to transition contracts into operational execution.

• ISO & Policy Compliance: Conduct all sourcing activities in alignment with corporate policies, data security guidelines, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, 27001).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Behavioral Science, or Engineering (Engineering background preferred).
