Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Coordinator 1 in Metro Manila, Philippines to assist in processing Commercial Change Orders, identify the correct supplier and Commodity Manager, and help assign commodity codes. The role involves data gathering, reporting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to expedite processes.

The successful candidate will support technical drawing requests, maintain KPI dashboards, and contribute to process improvements within a high-performance culture at Vertiv.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Business
• New graduates welcome; 1 year relevant experience is a plus
• Fluent and Conversant both in written and verbal English
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
• Basic MS PowerPoint knowledge

Responsibilities

• Process Commercial Change Orders: review parts, identify supplier and Category Manager, assign commodity code.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to expedite processes.
• Gather, scrub, and manipulate data to generate simple reports and analyses.
• Support requests for technical drawing specifications.
• Maintain team task trackers, input items, monitor delivery and aging items.
• Update KPI dashboards for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with stakeholder/supplier inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Back up for related functions to ensure business continuity.
