Job summary

Vertiv is hiring for a Purchasing/Procurement role in Mandaluyong, Philippines. The successful candidate will manage the flow of purchase orders from release to delivery, coordinate with suppliers and business units, and drive process improvements.

Strong English proficiency, 2–3 years in procurement, and solid Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential. We seek a detail-oriented team player who can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and generate reports to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course preferably Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Business related discipline.
• 2-3 years Purchasing /Supply Chain/Procurement related experience.
• Fluent and Conversant both in written and verbal English.
• Intermediate MS Excel knowledge: pivot tables, charts; Intermediate MS PowerPoint knowledge.
• Detail-oriented; Quality mindset; Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong written and communication skills; Works independently and able to multi-task; Good analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all released Purchase Orders are confirmed following the required turn‑around time.
• Monitors supplier performance related to on‑time delivery (OTD) and quality.
• Develop reports and trend analysis schedules as required to track major objectives for Purchasing.
• Reviews Open Purchase Orders regularly to execute expediting and schedule push outs; maintain accurate ERP data.
• Updates actions related to pull‑ins/pushouts/cancelations in the system; updates Promise dates.
• Addresses concerns from the team’s shared mailbox; contributes to project/process improvements with high impact.
• Implements error‑proofing methods to ensure transactions are accurate; generates Monthly KPI Metrics and Weekly Report Summary.
• Performs analysis of handled parts to improve Excess and Obsolete inventories.
