Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Lead Coordinator – Order Management in Metro Manila to drive end-to-end order processing for high-value deals. You will oversee complex orders, coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, and Logistics, and mentor junior team members to sustain order hygiene and on-time fulfilment.

The role requires strong ERP experience, data analysis, and the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in order management within manufacturing or engineering industries.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP) and BOM structures.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage escalations.

Responsibilities

Functional Expertise & Order Management Execution Oversight: manage complex orders, including configuration changes and VIP requests.
Review and validate critical data to ensure order completeness and pricing adherence.
Process returns, RMAs, and post-invoice adjustments efficiently.
Lead recurring meetings with Sales, Production, Finance, and other stakeholders to align on SSD and fulfillment challenges.
Escalate and resolve urgent order-related issues across departments; act as liaison between back-office and frontline teams.
Mentor junior coordinators, conduct peer reviews, and support process improvements.
Maintain order hygiene by monitoring SSD alignment and backlog; generate weekly/ad-hoc reports with actionable insights.
