• Factory order management experience
• Excellent verbal and written English skills

Responsibilities

• Receive, audit and enter customer purchase orders
• Check orders against inventory and forecast
• Coordinate with distributors, sales reps and project managers to resolve PO issues
• Create and issue POs to suppliers
• Shipments coordination with supplier/factory
• Work with Planning, Logistics and IT to resolve order logistics issues
• Communicate order status to distributors, sales reps, project managers and track to delivery
• Maintain order status/tracking log
• Understand and adhere to customer compliance guidelines
• Complete ad-hoc reporting when requested
• Perform special tasks as needed
• Major KPIs – OTD, ITO, NMI
