Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Coordinator II, Procurement Excellence Expediting in the Philippines to coordinate and accelerate Commercial Change Order activities. You will liaise with suppliers, Category Managers, Engineering, MDM, and Procurement to ensure timely sourcing, quotations, and change management.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, English fluency, and strong Excel/Power BI capabilities. You’ll maintain documentation, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain or business.
1-3 years related experience preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge; basic PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and expedite CCO activities from RFQs to completion.
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and sourcing information; communicate in English and Spanish.
Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure timely supplier responses.
Review Change Orders for completeness and required documentation.
Coordinate with Category Managers for pending approvals on critical parts.
Update KPI dashboards and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with Engineering, MDM, and Procurement to resolve issues.
Promote governance to mitigate escalations and ensure quality.
Update trackers, dashboards, and reports on Change Order performance.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and sourcing requirements.
Serve as back-up for related functions for continuity.
